In consideration of Fun-N-Sun Boats ltd. allowing me to participate in this tournament I Acknowledge and Agee as follows:

I also agree a signed and completed Minor/Youth Liability and Consent Waiver must be submitted to Fun-N-Sun boats before start of competition.

I agree to all tournament rules and submission to a polygraph test upon request of tournament director(s). I understand that all decisions of the tournament director(s) are final. I expressly release Fun-N-Sun Sports Center, Ltd., Bass Champs Inc, officer and members, agents and affiliates from any and all claims of liability from my participation in this and all future tournaments including, but not limited to, claims as a result of personal injury, property damage, accident or illness that I may suffer (including claims in whole or in part by the negligence of the Fun-N-Sun Sports Center,Ltd, or Bass Champs Inc, it's officers and/or members). I am familiar with and understand the risk of personal injury or property damage associated with fishing and boating and expressly assume each risk in connection with my participation in the Fun-n-Sun Fish n Chips event.
